Racine County Foster Care’s mission is to assure that there are foster homes available to meet the needs of all our children, regardless of age and special needs, who are entered in the foster care system. This includes the commitment to recruit, train and support foster parents that reflect the racial, ethnic and cultural diversity of our children in out-of-home care.
